2014 Cape Cod Getaway Genzyme StartThe Bike MS: Cape Cod Getaway 2015, presented by Genzyme, a Sanofi company, is the largest MS ride in New England. Beginning on Saturday morning, over 2000 riders will pedal from UMass Boston through the coastal towns of Massachusetts' South Shore to the beginning of Cape Cod. The end of day one is at the Massachusetts Maritime Academy in Bourne where the riders are welcomed with music, great food and maybe even a beer or two.

Early Sunday morning, the riders cross the Bourne bridge and ride through picturesque Cape Cod as they make their way to Provincetown. After crossing the finish line, riders have a chance to eat, socialize and clean up before boarding the party boat back to Boston.

The ferry is full. In previous years we have been able to accommodate riders who wished to get on the ferry so we will not be using a waiting list this year. Participants who would like to be on the ferry can stop by the transportation tent on Sunday in Provincetown to request a spot that opens up.  There are air-conditioned coach buses to transport all participants who are not on the ferry from Provincetown to UMass- Boston at the end of the ride. Buses are scheduled first-come-first-served and leave Provincetown at 12:30, 1:30, 2:00, 2:30, 3:00, 3:30, and 4:30.
